How much does Shadow Guardian cost?
Starter is AUD 399 per month ex GST (AUD 438.90 inc GST) plus a AUD 495 setup fee (AUD 544.50 inc GST). Growth is AUD 990 per month ex GST (AUD 1,089 inc GST). Governance Care is AUD 2,250 per month and Enterprise starts from AUD 5,000 per month, both ex GST. Starter and Growth include 50 browsers.
What counts as a browser?
One browser is one managed Chrome or Edge work profile with the Shadow Guardian extension active during the billing month. Staff who only have the extension don't need a dashboard login. Personal browser profiles, other browsers and phones aren't covered or counted. The calculator on this page shows the monthly price for your number of work browsers.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter is self-managed: you get detection, allow, warn and block rules, a 60-minute guided setup, a monthly summary report and email support. Growth is managed by Aura8: we run the kickoff, staff notice kit and rollout, review your data each month, triage unknown tools and give you an analyst-reviewed board report and a monthly review call.
Is there a minimum term?
Starter is monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Growth and Governance Care have a 6-month minimum, then run monthly with 30 days' notice. Enterprise is a 12-month term. If you're not sure which plan fits, a free 20-minute Risk Check will tell you, and we'll say so if a written AI policy is all you need for now.
Are prices in AUD, and do they include GST?
All prices are in Australian dollars. We show each price ex GST and inc GST, so you can see exactly what you'll pay. For example, Starter is AUD 399 per month ex GST, which is AUD 438.90 inc GST. If you need an invoice or a purchase order, email hello@aura8.ai and we'll arrange it.

What are my rights if I cancel?
Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including a refund for a major failure. Nothing below limits those rights.
Are prices shown with or without GST?
Prices are shown ex GST and inc GST, and your tax invoice shows the GST amount.
How do I pay?
Payment is by invoice after the call.
When does monitoring start?
Monitoring starts after the staff notice period ends and once Aura8's readiness check is complete. If we can't start monitoring within 30 days of your notice period ending, you can choose a full refund.
